About Us

Pennant Partners is a network of Operating Partners that share the same goal; we enjoy building exceptional businesses.

Pennant both develops strategic market & investment themes and seeks to develop opportunities based on those themes.  We work with good businesses that we either find through our theme based search efforts or that come to us looking for help executing on their next stage of growth or ownership.

We are operators and investors who have spent most of our careers helping companies find and exploit their greatest opportunities. We have the resources to bring strategic thinking, key talent, market expertise, product strategy, product design/development, execution experience and capital.

Our mission is to deeply engage with a limited number of inspiring companies through strategy and vision development, acquisition, growth capital investments, and sometimes through direct management and/or Board involvement.

Our broad industry expertise, management experience, a strong network and access to capital make Pennant an ideal partner.
